M.C.E. served as electrical contractor for the ground-up expansion of the Village Community School in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village district.
Our team installed the entire new electrical system, including ConEd service connection to the new building, all line voltage wiring, the lighting system and controls, distribution boxes, two new 400 Amp and one 800 Amp Trans-S switches, an 800 Amp main distribution board, various subpanels, power supply for two 400Amp cooling RTUs, and a fire alarm system. In addition, M.C.E. performed emergency repairs in the existing school building.
