Our team built the entire electrical infrastructure for Restoration Hardware’s three-story flagship Manhattan store, offices, and fifth floor rooftop restaurant located in the popular Meatpacking District. The upscale retailer leased and renovated interiors of the entire building, with M.C.E. serving as the electrical contractor.

The electrical built-out called for the installation of an entire new lighting system and lighting controls by Lutron; a fire alarm system; all general wiring, lighting fixture merchandise installation, including the brand’s elaborate chandeliers within displays designed as mock-up residential rooms;

all electrical outlets; telecommunication and data cabling and terminations; electrical subpanel boards; and a main switch gear for the electrical service. Following this successful project, Restoration Hardware retained M.C.E. to serve as the electrical contractor for the construction of the nearby Restoration Hardware Guesthouse hotel.
