The M.C.E. team installed a new core-and-shell electrical system, fire alarm, and lighting throughout the entire 20-story building located in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards section.

The project also included a full electrical fit-out of the cellar, basement, first floor lobby, and penthouse. The property’s tenants include Amazon and Republic Bank.

The crews installed five service switchboards, panels, transformers, automatic transfer switches, meters by ElectroTech, a new 1,250 kW generator, four 2,500 A bus ducts by Siemens, Lutron controls, and an auxiliary radio communication system (ARCS).
